Below are the forms that are required for registering your daughter for cheerleading.  Please remember that all documentation must be turned in at the time of registration as well as all fees paid. This year the registration fee will be $175.00.

Documents to be provided by the parents at registration are:

Infinite Campus Printout or Proof of Residence

Copy of Birth Certificate

Registration Form

Photo ID

Registration Fee ($175.00)

Onsite Registration Locations

West Hall High School Equipment Building -- 05/05 -- 10:00am-2:00pm

West Hall High School Equipment Building -- 05/11 -- 4:00pm-7:00pm

West Hall High School Equipment Building -- 05/12 -- 10:00am-2:00pm

Your child will need to be present at registration time.
