Baseball evaluations are set for Sunday February 19th at 2:00 pm at the Hog Mountain Sports Complex.  All baseball players are required to attend.

Below are the forms that are required for registering your son for baseball.  Please remember that a copy of his birth certificate and the registration fee are required before registration is considered to be complete.  This years registration fee is $125.00.
